Carl created and led Booz Allen Hamilton’s veteran agenda, and helped build the wounded warrior mentoring program to become the largest one-on-one-mentoring program for wounded veterans in the nation.

Vice President of Sales
Paul Sullivan comes to True Zero as the Vice President of Sales. With over 15 years of experience in enterprise sales across infrastructure, cyber security and Big Data Analytics. Paul has spent his sales career focused on the Public Sector mission.
Jonathan Cooper
Vice President of Professional Services
Jonathan Cooper has over 15 years of experience, ranging from systems and security engineering to enterprise IT automation and data analytics. Jonathan is a certified Splunk consultant and has supported over 40 distinct federal and commercial clients including DHS, HHS, DOJ, VA, FDIC and many more.
Jay Benfield
Director of Systems Engineering
Jay has a 20+ year career spanning systems, networking, and development. He spent 10 years as a Senior Architect with US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and 5 years at Splunk dedicated to the success of Federal Civilian customers. He also founded RedFactor, a Splunk-focused ISV and True Zero partner.
